Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Your nurse practitioner decides what treatment, if any, is appropriate, and may decline or refer you.

What we treat

Five service lines, one clinical relationship.

Every line is free of controlled substances, which is what allows us to treat you by telehealth anywhere in Florida.

Weight Management

Physician-grade metabolic care. We start with the FDA-approved options and the coverage work to get you on them, and compound only when there is a documented clinical reason the commercial product will not do.

  • Coverage navigation for Wegovy and Zepbound
  • Metabolic labs reviewed before initiation
  • Weekly weight and side-effect tracking

Sexual Health

Discreet, generic, FDA-approved therapy for erectile dysfunction. Fully asynchronous once your NP has reviewed your cardiovascular history.

  • Generic sildenafil and tadalafil
  • Cardiac and nitrate screening built into intake
  • Ships discreetly, no clinic visit needed

Skin & Hair

Prescription dermatology for acne, ageing and hair loss — the actives that have decades of evidence behind them, at generic pricing.

  • Tretinoin, finasteride, minoxidil, spironolactone
  • Photo-based assessment reviewed by your NP
  • Formulation adjusted if you cannot tolerate a strength

Mental Wellness

Non-controlled treatment for depression and anxiety, managed by a psychiatric nurse practitioner with structured PHQ-9 and GAD-7 follow-up.

  • SSRIs, SNRIs and bupropion — no controlled substances
  • PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scored at every check-in
  • Safety screening with same-day escalation

Hormone & Longevity

Peptide and micronutrient therapy that clears the FDA 503A bulk-substance bar. Every dose is filled in your name, never drawn from a shared supply.

  • Sermorelin, NAD+, MIC/B12 — all non-controlled
  • Patient-specific dispensing, never bulk office supply
  • In-clinic administration by an RN, or self-inject at home
How it works

Four steps, with a clinician at the centre of each.

1

Complete a real intake

A structured medical questionnaire built on the same instruments a clinic uses. If your answers rule out treatment, we tell you then — before any payment.

2

Meet your nurse practitioner

A live visit by video, or in person at our Fort Lauderdale clinic. Your NP reviews your history, orders baseline labs where indicated, and decides whether to prescribe.

3

Get treated your way

Medication ships to your door from a licensed pharmacy, or is administered by one of our registered nurses at the clinic.

4

Stay followed up

Log weight, blood pressure, side effects and mood scores from your account. Anything concerning goes straight to your NP.

Pricing

One membership. Medication billed at what it costs.

We are paid for the membership, not for your medication and not per visit. Nothing about your dose, or how often you come in, changes what we earn.

What the membership is not

  • It is not insurance. We do not bill your plan for our clinical services. For FDA-approved medication we prescribe to your pharmacy and handle the prior authorisation.
  • It does not buy a prescription. It buys clinical time. If your NP declines to prescribe, we cancel the membership and refund it.
  • It is not a contract. Cancel any time from your account. It ends with the period you have already paid for.
Start your intake — at home

You can switch to in-clinic administration before you pay.

Inside the Fort Lauderdale clinic
Our clinic

VitalisRx Las Olas

Telehealth is the front door, not the whole practice. Our nurse practitioners and registered nurses both hold clinic hours, so you can be seen in person for a first visit, an exam, an injection, or simply because you prefer it.

501 E Las Olas Blvd, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301

NP in-person visits

Book your initial consultation or a follow-up in the room instead of on video.

RN injection clinic

As often as your prescription calls for, with the lot number and site recorded each time.

Vitals and measurements

Weight, blood pressure and waist captured at each visit and charted over time.

Lab draws

Baseline and monitoring panels ordered by your NP and reviewed with you.

How we prescribe

The rules we hold ourselves to, written down.

These are not marketing claims. Each one runs as a check before a prescription can be issued, and a clinician cannot click past it.

No controlled substances, anywhere on the platform

Every medication we offer is non-scheduled. Testosterone, stimulants and benzodiazepines are not prescribed here, and the platform will not write one.

Compounding only when there is a documented reason

Where an FDA-approved product exists, we prescribe it first and help you get it covered. Compounding requires a documented clinical reason from your NP — cost alone does not qualify.

Your medication is dispensed for you alone

The pharmacy fills every prescription in your name — shipped to your door, or to the clinic where it is held for you until your visit. Nothing is ever drawn from a shared supply, and your nurse records the lot number and injection site each time.

Access to your record is logged

Every time a clinician opens your chart, we record who, when and why. You can export your complete record from your account at any time.

We treat patients in Florida only

Care is limited to patients located where our clinicians hold an active, verified licence. Today that is Florida, verified at sign-up and again at prescribing.

Start with the intake. It costs nothing.

You are not asked for payment until your clinician has reviewed your health history and you have chosen how you want to be treated. If we should not treat you, we say so first.
