A norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor that avoids the sexual side effects and weight gain associated with SSRIs, and independently supports smoking cessation.
Our nurse practitioner treats uncomplicated depression and anxiety within primary-care scope. We are not a psychiatric practice. Bipolar disorder, psychosis, eating disorders, substance use disorder, active suicidal thinking and anyone already under a psychiatrist are referred out rather than started here — and we will help you find that care. We also do not prescribe benzodiazepines, stimulants or any other controlled substance.

- Lowers the seizure threshold. Not suitable with a seizure or eating-disorder history.
