Financial agreement

What you are charged, when, and how to stop it.

What you pay

A monthly membership fee, charged on the same day each month, which covers your clinician’s time, unlimited secure messaging, dose adjustments and refills.

A per-visit fee for in-clinic injections administered by our RN, only if you choose in-clinic administration.

That is the entire list. We do not charge you for medication.

What the pharmacy charges

Your prescription is filled by a licensed pharmacy, and the pharmacy bills you directly for it. That invoice is between you and them — we do not collect it, we do not add to it, and we never see your card used for it.

Each treatment page shows an estimate of what that fill costs so you are not going in blind. It is an estimate of somebody else’s invoice, and the pharmacy sets the real number.

We do not sell, dispense or mark up medication. Keeping those two bills apart is deliberate: a practice that profits from the drug it prescribes has an interest in prescribing it.

We are not insurance and we do not bill insurance

VitalisRx is a cash-pay service. We do not submit claims to your insurer, Medicare or Medicaid. Where an FDA-approved medication may be covered by your plan, we will send the prescription to your own pharmacy so you can use that coverage — in that case you pay us only the membership.

Amounts you pay us generally do not count toward any deductible.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in your account, in two clicks, with no phone call and no retention script. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current month runs to its end. We do not prorate a partial month.

If your clinician declines to treat you at your first review, your first membership charge is refunded in full.

Card on file

Your card is stored by our payment processor, not by us. We hold only the brand, the last four digits and the expiry so you can recognise it. A failed charge pauses your membership rather than interrupting an active prescription without warning.

Questions about a charge

Write to billing@vitalisrxcare.com. If you do not recognise something on your statement, check whether it came from us or from the pharmacy — ours appears as a care charge and never names a treatment.

What you agree to

I understand the charges, that the membership recurs monthly until I cancel, and how to cancel.

When you accept this at sign-up we store the exact version shown above alongside the date and time. If we publish a new version, we ask you again rather than applying it retroactively.
