These are compounded — mixed for one patient by a 503A pharmacy rather than manufactured and FDA-approved. That is only lawful when the commercial product genuinely will not work for you, so your nurse practitioner has to document a specific clinical reason before one can be prescribed. Cost and convenience are not reasons. You can ask for one here, but it may not be what you are approved for.

Sermorelin is dosed nightly injection, 5 nights weekly, so that is how often you can expect to come in. Every one of those visits is included in the membership.
